Dear Southdown Dental family,
We are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Karim ElMofty to our dental team! Dr. ElMofty is a general dentist with a Master's degree in Dental Public Health. He has successfully passed both the Canadian and American Dental Board Exams. Dr. Karim has also completed advanced training in paediatric dental care.
He has been practicing dentistry for over 10 years, however, his greatest passion is the focus on preventive dental care. He is the founder and leader of "KnowDental", an international company that focuses on oral health education and training for children. KnowDental is a system of games and tools designed to empower children with the ability to prevent dental health issues before they begin. Dr. Elmofty loves to work with children and is fluent in French.
Dr. Karim lives in Oakville with his wife and 3 year old daughter. He is an amateur fisherman, a runner and truly enjoys practicing family dentistry. Please help us welcome him to our Dental Home.
